| 抄録 | （和） | ソフトウェア開発作業は要求仕様書を基に行う．このため，要求仕様書を作成するために行う要求抽出は非常に重要な作業である。しかし，ソフトウェア開発に求められる顧客の要求を漏れや誤りがなく，かつ，効率よく抽出することは非常に困難である。この問題点を解決するために，著者らはソフトウェア要求抽出作業をインタビュー技法として捉え，SEが顧客の要求を漏れや誤りがなく抽出できるように，SEが顧客に対して行うインタビューによる要求抽出作業を誘導する方法を既に提案している[2,3][9,10]。本論文では，インタビューによる要求抽出作業の誘導を実現する方法のヒントを得るために行った実験とその結果[1]を述べている。次に，この実験から得られた知見を基に考案した，インタビューによる要求抽出作業を誘導する方法を述べている。最後に，文献[2,3][9,10]で提案した方法を使用した場合と，使用しない場合との比較実験[9,10,11]によって，抽出した要求の網羅性と正確性[9,10]の面と要求抽出作業の効率[11]の面から，提案した方法の有効性を議論している。 |
| （英） | A software development task is performed in accordance with requirements specification. Therefore, software requirements elicitation work in order to prepare requirements specification is a very important task. However, it is very difficult to elicit user requirements for software development without omissions or errors. In order to solve this problem, the author recognized requirements elicitation work as interview techniques, and already proposed a method[2,3][9,10] to navigate interview-driven software requirements elicitation work conducted by SEs to customers so that SEs are able to elicit user requirements without omissions or errors. This paper describes a preliminary experiment[1] conducted in order to obtain the knowledge of the method to navigate requirements elicitation work, proposes the method devised on a basis of the knowledge, and finally describes the effectiveness of the proposed method from the viewpoints of completeness, accuracy[9,10] and efficiency[11] of requirements elicitation work by conducting the comparative experiment[9,10,11] in regards to the cases that the method proposed in the Reference[2,3][9,10] was used and not used. | |
