We propose a novel multi-resonant current ZVS converter operated in fixed frequency. Output power is modulated by the change of on-period ratio of two FETs. Electrical power is transmitted from the primary side to the secondary side by causing the resonance between the primary LC resonant circuits and the secondary LC resonant circuit. By use of the finite element method, we calculate the circuit parameters of the resonant integrated magnetic transformer. We analyze the voltage gain and input impedance characteristics of the multi-resonant circuit. In the experiment we use the multilayer ceramic capacitor to get the downsizing. We design the 480W output and we achieve high efficiency of 95.5%. |
