A Design of Analog FFT Processor with CMOS Switched Capacitors

(in English) Cognitive radio is considered as the highly promising solution to the shortage problem of the frequency resources. In this report, we propose analog Fast-Fourier-Transform (FFT) processer with CMOS switched capacitors for achieving wideband, fast, and low-delay spectrum detection. In addition, the operation speed against desired calculation accuracy is evaluated by computer simulation. As a result, a computer simulation shows that analog 4-point FFT circuit with CMOS switched capacitor can achieve a high speed calculation in wideband spectrum. Therefore, the proposed FFT processer can be expected to achieve high-speed spectrum detection in cognitive radio.
