We are developing 10-Gbps forward error correction system of 120-GHz-band wireless transmission for multiplexed HD-SDI signal. This paper describes the results of 120-GHz transmission experiment over 3 km long with the 10-Gbps forward error correction system in November 2009. We analyzed measured data such as received power, BER, and water vapor density, etc., and found the data variation caused primarily by temperature characteristic. Link budget calculations based on the measured data are performed. |
