The design of efficient distributed algorithms working on dynamic networks
recently receives much attention. The Markovian
evolving graph is one of the models including the dynamic change of edge
sets. We focus on the broadcast problem of geometric Markovian
evolving graphs including random mobility models for wireless networks.
In particular, our interest is to reduce
communication cost (i.e., the number of message transmissions).
We propose a scheme of communication-efficient broadcast for
the geometric Markovian evolving graphs, and draw the comparison
between the proposed scheme and simple flooding mechanism. |
