Technical improvements keep greatly evolving and always changing the encountered society outside assumption like the country, economy, the nation, and life, etc.. The Great East Japan Earthquake asks the researchers and the engineers who have created a social aspect that exceeds the range of assumption by the technical improvement the responsibility.
Especially, the nuclear accident clarified the difficulty of collecting the importance information, which is the accumulated fact and change phase. Significant information generation and the sharing mechanism carry out the key role by the decision making of the society, and it is important the sustainable evolution of the society for securing.
This paper considers the succession (stability) and fluctuation (change) of evolution, from the viewpoint of information, and introduces the communications inheritance type evolution on the network and the process inheritance type evolution with software as a mechanism of new evolution based on this. Especially, the process inheritance type evolution greatly changes the role that man carries out to evolution, and In "Open System Dependability (OSD)" that is one process evolution research example, it introduces becoming of man the role of fluctuation.
Finally, the Process inheritance type evolution and Communications inheritance type evolution are the areas of the information network research, and the approach by the aspect to contribute to social evolution is important in this area. I introduce my method of creating the research target and the research method, as one approach example. |
