Simulation of Conductive Noise considering Time Variability

(in English) A large amount of conductive noise often becomes a problem in switching power converters, because high electric power is switched in high frequency. Generally, the conductive noise of products has to be measured by specified standards, and has to be under the limit values defined in the standard.
In this paper, a simulation method of estimating conductive noise based on CISPR standards is reported. First, time waveform and its frequency components of a switching power converter are calculated from equivalent circuit simulation. Then, the time variability of the frequency components are calculated, and finally, the Quasi-Peak (QP) values are obtained by applying a numerical calculation of QP detector circuit response.
