In order to further reduce the energy loss in the power grid, an extremely fine-grain power monitoring system is essential and an enormous number of low-cost power meters are required. Printable organic devices on flexible films have great potential to realize low-cost power meters. This paper introduces a 100V AC energy meter based on System-on-a-Film (SoF) concept and its feasibility study. |
