A Tunable Recursive Filter in TV-UHF range with Automatic Calibration

(in English) This paper presents a tunable recursive band pass filter with the typical single pole response in 0.18um BiCMOS. The filter enables us to control both the center frequency within the TV-UHF range from 0.36GHz to 0.67GHz and the Q value from 3 to 50 independently. Automatic calibration based on the self-oscillation is embedded. Using this procedure, the center frequency and Q are able to be controlled.
