Hollow microcapsule with a biocmpatible shell of poly lactate acid was fablicated and it was attemptted to controll the diameter. It was found that capsule diameter significantly depended on the rotation speed in the fabrication process. The capsule diameter became smaller with the increase of the rotation spped, and could be controlled within the range of several mm 50 m. It was attemppted to observe the vibration and collapse behabiors of the hollow capsules. The measurement of vibration by using laser Doppler vibrometer revealed that the displacement amplitude was ranged in several tens nm at the frequency 1 MHz of and the sound pressure of Pa. In addition, the capsule destruction experiments using focused ultrasound demonstrated that capsules with diameter of approximately 50 m was effectively destroyed. |
