Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Many visually impaired have the desire for physical to exercise. However, they often cannot exercise for reasons that include no time and no facilities available for visually impaired. Based on this background, we developed an exercise support system that the visually impaired can use alone at home. After having repeated evaluation experiments and improvements, we decided to sell this game system as commercial product in order to promote more visually impaired to play this game. Through exhibitions of support machinery and a demonstration in a supporting institution, new problems for the spread and usability of the system became clear. We report about the new problems and improvements to solve them.
