| (in English) | A hybrid method of forward-backward time-stepping algorithm and particle swarm optimization is applied to microwave imaging for breast cancer detection. In this report, a two-dimensional numerical breast phantom with high contrast between fat and fibroglandular tissues and low contrast between fibroglandular and tumor tissues is used to assess the efficacy of the proposed method and it is confirmed that the proposed method is useful for breast cancer detection. | |
