Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Solution-processed electrodes for organic field effect transistor (OFET) were fabricated using a graphene oxide (GO) solution. The GO solution was synthesized by oxidation and exfoliation of natural graphite powder. Fabricated graphene electrodes for OFET were available as either bottom- or top-contacted ones. Graphene electrode OFETs showed better OFET performance and higher mobility than those of thermally deposited Au electrode OFETs.
