A study of CMOS-technology-based millimeterwave LPF/HPF/BPF with transmission zeros by using coupled-line and transmission line

(in English) In this study, the conditions for realizing transmission zeros of millimeter-wave LPF/HPF using coupled line and transmission line are found by using of even and odd modes analysis. Moreover, a 77GHz BPF based on CMOS-thechnology is designed by using proposed LPF and HPF, and the BPF is simulated by circuit simulation and electromagnetic simulation.
