| (in English) | Evaluations for living environments become more important as the conditions of utilization of lands and the health receive more concerns. We focus on noises which is one of the criteria for evaluation for living environments. Expensive instruments with high precision are usually used to measure in large area therefore large costs are spent. We propose to construct a system by which many people can participate in measurement activities by using smartphones and the costs can be kept low. However, the preliminary experiments show that there are large variances in the sensitivities of the microphones of smartphones. This makes the estimation of sound pressures difficult without any calibration. It is also unpractical to calibrate each microphone of smartphone with high precision. In the paper, we propose a method for sound pressure calibration among heterogeneous smartphones. By using this method large number of terminals can be calibrated and accurate noise level can be obtained. | |
