The highly efficient rectenna is needed for the reception device in the wireless power transmission technology and the energy harvesting technology. The rectenna consists of the antenna and the RF-DC conversion circuit, and it is demanded that the RF-DC conversion circuit has higher efficiency. In this paper,the conversion efficiency of the RF-DC conversion circuit is analyzed by using the LE-FDTD method. Furthermore, the conversion efficiency corresponding to electric characteristics of the diode is investigated analytically. |
