Semiconductor three-branch nanowire junction devices show nonlinear electrical characteristics at room temperature and they are expected to be applied to analog and digital circuit,but it is necessary that understanding the mechanism in order to be applied to circuits. In this study nonlinear characteristics in three-branch nanowire junction device is characterized by using method of increasing conductance by localized light irradiation to the device and the mechanism is discussed. |
