| (in English) | Social play can be described as a sequence of the temporal shifts between the typically-playful interactions and the ambiguous and untypically-playful interactions. This essay proposes that the relevance theory may rationally explain some features of the social play as the phenomena which have the prototypeness. I would like to give evidences to this perspective by the microscopic analysis on the interaction among juvenile Japanese macaques. | |
