There are two major cloud network architectures for data center. One is "Hop by Hop" model by openflow technology, the other is "Overlay" model by (L2 over L3) tunneling technology. As to connection among data centers, we have mainly three cloud network architectures. First is “Hop by Hop” expansion model, second is “Overlay” expansion model, and the third is collaboration model of cloud network and core network by mapping data center’s customer ID and core network ID. However, none of these three architectures has multiple core networks among data centers for redundancy. So, in order to provide such service, now we propose the new redundant network architecture for cooperation model. |
