In operation of communication equipment, there are repeated and stylized operations that is not systemized. If you systemize the operations, you can reduce OPEX. In response, we recommend using software to automate users’ actions taken on a PC. However, existing automation software are not utilize enough, because its require developer’s skill. To clear the problem, we have developed UMS that is software to automate operators’ actions and are now utilizing it in the field and gathering results. This article describes the overview and case studies of UMS. In addition, it describes future tasks. |
