(in English) In recent years, due to increase users of video delivery services using IP, network bandwidth increase and server access concentration have being actualized. In this paper, we consider selection method of the optimum cache server, to stay network cost increase to set many cache server in network, for the unicast type video delivery increased in the network consumption bandwidth in proportion to the increase in the number of users.
