| (in English) | The electric power and the communication network after the earthquake stopped for a long term. This was a trouble where the organization collected victim informations etc. These information is necessary for the prompt support. The means to scratch for information under such a situation is necessary. This means should use the equipment always used. In addition, the security of these information was not considered because it was an emergency. it is necessary to collect these information safely as much as possible. In this paper, we propose the secure information system that uses secure USB memory where the application execution environment is stored. In addition, we examined the composition of the information system that managed collected information because the system should work while electric power failure. Our proposed method supplements strengthening the emergency power supply and congestion control. Preparing two or more countermeasures expands choices in the emergency. As a result, the certainty of the secure information gathering is improved. |
