We fabricated OLEDs with a micro patterned flexible polymer transparent conductive electrode by the mold transfer process. For the polymer anode, the electrical properties of PEDOT:PSS can be enhanced by adding additives in order to improve its conductivity and make it possible to control the surface energy of the substrate for the mold transfer process. That process allows the successful fabrication of mold transfer processed OLEDs by using a conductive polymer patterned anode without ITO. This paper demonstrates the mold transfer process in fabricating micro-patterns of flexible transparent anode such as organic integrated OLEDs.
