A Primary Study on Classical Particle Modeling of Electron-Wave Interference Systems

(in English) This manuscript reports a procedure and numerical simulation results of classical particle modeling of quantum interference phenomena. By applying Nelson’s stochastic quantization to some quantum interference phenomena, we obtain classical particle models on which random force acts. We confirmed by numerical simulation that the stochastic process has the same probability density function with that determined by wave functions of the Schr¨odinger equation describing the wave interference system. As a result, we found that the quantum effect devices based on quantum interference phenomenon would be modeled by an easier lumped parameter system than a distributed parameter system.
