For simulating a neural circuit faithfully, it is essential to tune single neuron models which can accurately reproduce experimental data. Here, we develop a method for estimating parameters in Multi-timescale Adaptive Threshold (MAT) model using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). To validate this method, the method was applied to the simulated data generated by a Hodgkin-Huxley model, which is known as a realistic single neuron model. |
