Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In every region of the world, a number of people are killed or injured due to sudden disaster such as fire, terrorism and earthquake recently. In the event of a major disaster, many people can’t take neverless judgment. For this reason, the damage would expend disaster. To solve this problem, we are developing ERESS(Emergency Rescue Support System). This System analyzes the behavior of people who faces disasters. After the analysis, neighboring mobile devices exchange and share the analyzed data by ad-hoc communication. Hence, ERESS can automatically detect the disaster itself.
The conventional ERESS analyzed the behavior of terminal holders by using only the acceleration sensor. However, there was the problem that can’t ensure high reliability. This problem is caused by the mounting position uncertainty and low accurancy of the sensor. In this paper, we introduce a new myoelectric sensor. We propose a new algorithm that integrates the information of acceleration and myoelectric sensors. We demonstrate the effective of the proposed scheme by emergency evacuation experiments.
