Spatial Modulation Method Using Scatterers Embedded with FET-Switches

(in English) The spatially modulated communication method using dual scatterers was proposed to carry out microwave wireless power transmission and wireless information communication at the same time. The spatially modulated wave is generated by the interference between two scattered waves. The dual scatterers embedded with varactors has generated spatially modulated wave with the 60% amplitude modulation factor. Then the modulated wave was distorted because of the non-linearity of the scatterer impedance. So, digitally modulated amplitude is valid. In this paper, analysis in case of the spatial modulation is shown, and a variant modulation method in proposed using discrete capacitance which are selected by FET switches embedded in a scatterer. The dual scatterers module embedded with switches exhibited good results for the spatial modulation as the Amplitude Shift Keying(ASK).
