A Study of RF Energy Harvesting from Broadcasting and Communication Radio Wave

(in English) We report here the energy harvesting from ambient electromagnetic wave such as TV broadcasting and cellular telephone frequency band. In our previous experiment, we used dipole antennas. But here, we developed a panel that arranged 3 $ \times $ 3 array of 800MHz band twin loop antennas. Experimental results in a real environment showed that the storage to about 370mV to an electric double layer capacitor of 1F was achieved in 24 hours. The stored energy operated a digital thermometer for about 360 seconds.
