Semi-transparent Organic Photovoltaic using Lamination Process

(in English) We fabricated semi-transparent organic photovoltaic by lamination process. In this study, in order to optimize the device, the active layer and the conductive glue layer were focused on. The vertical distributions of p type and n type semiconductor within the cells were investigated and the results provide the first evidence that the performance of such cells during both front and back side illumination is significantly affected by phase separation of the p and n-type organic semiconductors.
And uniformly depositing an adhesive layer on the hydrophobic pn junction layer was difficult and came unglued easily. So we aimed to enhance adhesive force between the pn junction layer and the conductive film. Since the hydrophobic interaction cohesion between PSS and pn junction layer was improved, the adhesive solution was uniformly coated on the active layer.
