The relationship between contact force and contact resistance during loading and unloading process were measured explicitly using AgPd alloy, stainless steel and sapphire substrate material with Au coatings as sphere indenter separately. Besides the restriction resistance, the transition zone Au coating resistance and the bulk restriction resistance of substrate are deduced from the current lines profiles. |
