(in English) Recently, Wireless Communication and Power Transmission (WiCoPT) has been proposed and devel- oped. This paper investigates the rectifier operation with modulated input signals (i.e. FSK, QPSK and 16QAM). Compared with Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) of the rectifier degrades at the modulated input signal opera- tion and the degradation of the PCE depends on symbol rate (or bandwidth), input power and modulation scheme. Quadrature modulated signals, such as QPSK and 16QAM are 15% (translate into voltage:480mV) lower than PCE of CW and high symbol-rate signal is 10% (translate into voltage: 310mV) lower than low one.
