A Study on Wireless Synchronous Communication System for FA

(in English) In this paper, we propose a wireless synchronous communication system which communicates with multiple users
and transmits low rate data in a fixed short duration for the control of industrial robots which used on FA.
The industrial Ethernet is used for the control of industrial robots.
It communicates low rate data to users one by one in short duration,
and archives fast and high precision synchronous operation.
However, it is expensive because it is a propretary system, and being wired has all the problem of wired network deployments.
So, the wireless of the industrial Ethernet is desired.
Already, there is one of the industrial wireless communication system using PCF which is the centralized management control function specified on IEEE802.11, but the system is desired which archives the more short communication duration.
In this paper, we propose the wireless communication system for FA that based on IEEE802.11ac which schedule each users and communicate with multiple users at the same time.
In addition, we define a safety of the system from the control duration and the error probability,
and explain that the theoretical value of the system performance can archieve the required conditions of the control for 2 axis robots that the control duration is 1~10[msec] and the synchronous communication time per user is 100~500[μsec].
