In this article, we describe development and utilization of a lecture support system. Recently, lecture slides like PDF documents are distributed at the online in almost all classrooms by utilizing ICT. So that, each student browses slides and takes a note with editor like Microsoft Word. As the result, in each lecture, students have to manage the more than two data, slides and notes. Therefore, our aim is to simplify managing data for all students and teachers. Since generally PDF slides are actually read-only, we have implemented a web system of automatically rebuilding new PDF documents which has text-input-fields to edit notes. Also we added to the system one more function which rebuild new layout and file format with several templates of notes. Therefore, students are able to use writable PDF documents at various terminals suitable for themselves. |
