An Efficient Parametric Execution Time Analysis of Real-Time Programs Using Approximation and its Evaluation

(in English) For reusing real-time software in some different execution platform, it is useful to adjust the execution time of the program by changing parameters such as execution times of processor instructions and/or
number of loops in the programs.
In order to obtain optimal combination of such parameter values, our research group have proposed a method for deriving a polynomial of such parameters which expresses an estimate of the worst case execution time of a program, called parametric execution time analysis.
However, the memory usage of the existing analysis method grows much larger when the scale of a program under analysis grows, which makes it
difficult to analyze large scale software.
In this paper, we a method of parametric execution time analysis which consumes less amount of memory by deriving an approximation polynomial of the worst case execution time.
We also evaluate the proposed method by analyzing a full-scale real-time software.
