Fabrication of carbon nanotube thin-film transistors with high-speed flexographic printing technique

(in English) We fabricated high-mobility carbon nanotube thin-film transistors (CNT TFTs) by fully non-lithographic and non-vacuum process, using high-speed flexographic printing technique combined with the transfer process for carbon nanotube film formation. The fabricated CNT TFT shows a high mobility of 157 cm2/Vs. This fabrication technique leads to low-cost mass production of flexible devices.
