Clipping and filtering (CAF) is a promising technique to suppress the out-of-band radiation generated after passing through a high power amplifier (HPA). Meanwhile, CAF suffers from the significant BER degradation due to its clipping process. In order to overcome this BER degradation, we have so far proposed the CAF method employing the transmit power control based on the theoretical signal-to-noise-plus-distortion ratio (SNDR) and have demonstrated its effectiveness in a single antenna scheme. In this paper, we demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed CAF on MU-MIMO system which could be more severely distorted by the nonlinear distortion. |
