Bandpass-filters based on the Cul-de-Sac coupling matrix by using open-loop microstrip resonators enhance the flexibility of filter characteristics. This paper proposes a novel bandpass-filter with two kinds of aperture-coupling on multilayered structure to realize a filter with the Cul-de-Sac coupling matrix. As a design example, we design the fifth-order bandpass-filter by using the open-loop microstrip resonators. The designed filter has attenuation poles on both sides of the pass band. In addition, the designed filter is fabricated and it`s filter characteristics is measured to compare with the simulated results. |
