(in English) In base stations of mobile communication, variable phase shifters are used to tilt a radiation pattern in the vertical plane in order to form communication cells and reduce the interference between the cells. In this paper, we propose the design methodology for the wideband dielectric phase shifter utilizing a cascaded M-shaped structure.
