[Invited Lecture] Development of Flexible OLED Display Driven by Solution-Processed Organic Thin-Film Transistors

(in English) Solution-processed organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) were fabricated with Cardo polymers as gate insulator and fluorinated polymers for pixel-pixel isolation, which successfully drove a 100 ppi flexible OLED display (128 × 3 × 128 pixels). The obtained flexible OLED displays were capable of reproducing moving images.
