Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) This paper proposes a novel route recommendation algorithm for motorcyclists based on their preference. Even if riders think a great deal of ride-comfort, usual car navigation systems decide a route based on driving time or distance of route. Since a preference of driving is different depending on users, a recommended route should be personalized. This paper proposes a method to quantify the ride-comfort based on user preference using road features obtained from the road shape and driving features obtained from the behavior of motorcycle. This paper also verifies the validity of our proposed method.
