AD/DA Converter using Manifold Piece-wise Linear Chaotic Systems

(in English) The Manifold piece-wise liner system (MPL) is a simple autonomous chaotic system whose dynamics is integrated into a piecewise liner one-dimensional return map.
This paper studies application of the MPL to AD/DA conversion.
In the AD conversion, the analog input is applied as an initial value of the MPL and the MPL gives the digital output of the binary switching signal of two equilibrium points.
In the DA conversion, the digital input is applied to the inverse system of the MPL and the inverse system gives the analog output of the final value at a time limit.
Presenting simple test circuits, the basic dynamics of the AD/DA conversion is investigated.
