| (in English) | This paper proposes an isolated DC-DC converter for power-SoC realized by the couple of air-core coils. The characteristics of the air-core coil and transformer are analyzed through numerical simulations. The prototype air-core coil is also fabricated on PCB board and evaluated. We confirm the operation of the proposed isolated DC-DC converter for power-SoC through simulations. In addition, we develop 10MHz-class gate driver for GaN-FET. | |
