An Isorated DC-DC Converter Using Air-core Inductor for Power Supply on Chip Applications

(in English) This paper proposes an isolated DC-DC converter for power-SoC realized by the couple of air-core coils. The characteristics of the air-core coil and transformer are analyzed through numerical simulations. The prototype air-core coil is also fabricated on PCB board and evaluated. We confirm the operation of the proposed isolated DC-DC converter for power-SoC through simulations. In addition, we develop 10MHz-class gate driver for GaN-FET.
