Business model mainly on the Internet business creates remarkably conspicuous innovation now in the ICT company growing up. We report a case study about a method and constitution to perform example analysis of those business model and analysis of the growth strategy. In this report, we study the example of the analysis method to draw on the business model campus and perform a classification and rearranging of the business model and want to connect it with new business model innovation. |
