Study of PC-cluster based on-demand high-resolution video clipping system using HaaS enviroment

(in English) UHD video has four times or more quantity of information than HDTV that can display on TV in ordinary home. We can develop new service using such UHD video program by clipping with our demand if we can clip the UHD video as arbitrary angle. Therefore, we considered method of system configuration enable to deliver UHD with clipping on general HaaS environment. We examined the system configured with 14 PC servers in StarBED3 and with virtual network between Japan and US. We proved we can deliver on-demand clipped UHD in real-time from Japan to US with this system.
