(in English) It is necessary to know the status of frequency usage for white space usage. Therefore, it is necessary that the low noise amplifier for the sensing device has both low noise characteristics and high linearity over wide frequency range. This paper exhibits a low noise amplifier which keeps gain of 16 dB, the noise figure below 4 dB and output 1 dB compression point of 20 dBm over 400 MHz to 6 GHz.
