Study on Electromagnetic Analysis Method Implemented the Frequency Dispersibility of Differential Transmission Line Board

(in English) Processing the large amount of the data in the several information electronic devices, the signal frequency is increased above GHz band. The FR-4 is used to the dielectric material of printed circuit board (PCB) in a number of electronic devices. However, FR-4 has a frequency dispersion above 1GHz, there are variation of characteristic impedance and decrease of transmission characteristic. In this study, the transmission characteristics above the 1GHz is measured and calculated by developed the FDTD calculation implemented the frequency dispersion.
Using the measured the frequency characteristic of permittivity, the dielectric substrate is modeled by Recursive Convolution (RC) scheme. The analysis of the transmission characteristic with frequency dispersion is coincided with measured results.
