In the discussion on the onboard consumption energy measurement at the PT (Project team) 62888 of IEC, the European contries are proposing a method measuring the energy consumed in operations of a train based on the EN standard with the aim of billing electric power rates in the international train operations. In Japan, it has been measured using the in-car information system so far, however, the measurement accuracy was not be defined exactly.
Therefore, the authors report to measure the consumption energy by the in-car information system and the measuring instrument, and to study factors to have influences on the consumption energy measurement using the in-car information system. |
