Fabrication of organic transistor array on curved surface by thermal press molding

(in English) Organic transistor has been studied to apply bioelectronics such as biosensor and artificial retina, by making use of flexibility and biocompatibility. It is necessary to match the sheet device to the curved surface of living body and organs. The method to paste a flexible sheet device on the curved surface is sometimes suggested to achieve the device on a curved surface. However, it is geometrically impossible to let a plane surface match the curved surface. In this study, we proposed thermal press molding process to fabricate transistor array into a fingertip shape with a designed mold.
