(in English) From the well known Holder's inequality, we identify a hidden thread between Tsallis entropy maximization principle and a classical problem of Moriguchi's lower bound of a probability moment. As the result, we provide a unified approach to both problems and its applications for cases of one-dimensional distributions with restricted support and multi-dimensional distributions.
