| (in English) | In this laboratory, we have developed “Nagoyaka Smile Net” sharing information between multidisciplinary for the purpose of implementation of the Community Based Comprehensive Care System. When health care workers who are not familiar with the PC, keyboard is to use the information systems, operational efficiency is reduced. Also, in field of home medical care and home care where “Nagoyaka Smile Net” is utilized, it is impossible to take a good communication with the patient by using the information system. In this research, we proposed the handwriting document system that allows the inexperienced user to PC, keyboard to easily record, and evaluate this system. | |
